Western Trading Company was started in July of 1979 to provide a professional approach from individuals with high integrity to the bean industry. It is our belief that we must honor every commitment as agreed and directly dedicate ourselves to methods and practices which will strengthen the reputation of our industry.

Western Trading Company is a full-service company, supplying quality dried beans, peas, and lentils. Western Trading Company has built its business over the years by providing all of its customers the product they need at a very competitive price, delivered on time and, for this reason, enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry. Our philosophy and approach to business has paid off in that we have had a steady and continuous growth for over 23 years.

We would like the opportunity to demonstrate our ability to handle your supplies of dry beans and provide you the service you deserve. The Western Trading Company staff is very experienced and well trained. Our Traders, Ken Kroeker and Gary Singbush have together over 58 years of experience. Patty Kroeker has over 31 years of Administrative Business experience. Our Traffic Manager and Bookkeeper, Jacki Jensen has been here over 17 years, while Jeanina Brewster, our Bilingual Export Expeditor has been with us for one year.

We consider ourselves an extension of your Purchasing Department and, therefore it is our job to include correlating bean qualities to your specifications, keeping you current on market prices and availability, shipping in a timely manner and initially financing the transaction. We have strong contacts all over the United States and the world, which provides us a wide perspective as to what is going on with each variety of dried beans. In that the market place is truly global, the information we gather on a daily basis helps us to keep informed on growing conditions, the market demand, and the quality available anywhere dried beans are grown.
